Terms of Service

Annzar is a social media and digital marketplace platform available at annzar.com. It allows users to create profiles, share content, connect with others, and buy or sell digital products.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Annzar. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission.
• You may not sell, transfer, or share access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

By posting content on Annzar you confirm you own the rights to it or have permission to share it, and grant Annzar a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it solely for platform operation. You retain ownership of all content you post.

You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, infringes IP rights, contains malware, violates privacy, or is sexually explicit. We reserve the right to remove violating content without notice.

• Digital products in the Annzar Marketplace are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
• All payments, tax collection, refunds, and receipts are handled by Lemon Squeezy under their own Terms of Service.
• Annzar is not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes handled by Lemon Squeezy.
• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings.

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Create fake accounts or impersonate other users
• Use automated bots or scrapers without our written permission
• Circumvent any security or access control measures

The Annzar platform, logo, design, and codebase are the intellectual property of Annzar. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

Annzar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free of security vulnerabilities. Use the platform at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Annzar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Annzar at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes.
