Refund Policy

All payments on the Annzar Marketplace are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, receipts, tax compliance, and refund processing.

When you request a refund, it is issued by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.

All products in the Annzar Marketplace are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods:

• All sales are final by default once a product has been delivered or accessed.
• We encourage buyers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

• The product file is corrupted, missing, or fails to download
• The product is significantly different from the listing description
• You were charged more than once for the same product
• A technical error prevented you from accessing your purchase

• Email support@annzar.com within 14 days of purchase
• Include your order number, product name, and reason for the request
• We will respond within 3 business days
• If approved, Lemon Squeezy will process the refund to your original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment method.

As the Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at its own discretion to prevent chargebacks. This is outside Annzar's control and is a standard buyer protection.

• Change of mind after download
• Device or software incompatibility when system requirements were clearly stated
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase (unless a technical fault is proven)
